New Online Banking Features
What new features will I have with the new Online Banking system?
- Get up-to-the-minute updates on cashed checks, electronic transactions, in-bank deposits, transfers and Bill Pay transactions (ATM/debit card transactions coming in the near future)
- View transfer history
- View deposit slip images
- Make overnight bill payments
- Originate stop payments
- View stop payment history
- Access up to six months of account statements with download capability
- Download account information into personal financial management solutions such as Quicken® and QuickBooks products

New System Access - online banking ID and password
Will my online banking ID and password change?
Yes. You were sent a new online banking ID and temporary password via U.S. Mail. You will need to use this online banking ID and temporary password to reactivate your Online Banking account; at which time you will be prompted to change your password.
Can I change my password?
Yes. After you have logged into the Online Banking system on or after Monday, October 5, 2009, using your online banking ID and temporary password, you will be automatically prompted to change your password. Passwords must be 6 - 8 characters in length and must be alphanumeric. You may want to consider changing your password periodically for your security. This can be done by selecting "options" on the Online Banking navigation bar and completing the information requested to change your password.
Can I change my online banking ID?
Yes. You can create a new online banking ID to replace the 12-digit online banking ID that you have been assigned. Your online banking ID must begin with a letter and may contain numbers. Your online banking ID cannot contain special characters. Select "options" on the online banking navigation bar and complete the information requested to change your online banking ID.
What is the security process?
For enhanced system security, you will be prompted to establish personalized settings by selecting an image and three security questions.
When will the new system be ready to use?
The new Online Banking system will be ready to use at 9 am, October 5. Bill Pay will be ready to use at 9 am, October 5.
Online Banking Functions
Will I have to re-enter any of my one-time or recurring transfers?
All transfers that you scheduled prior to September 23, to occur on any date, have been converted to your new Online Banking account and will be processed as usual.
Will I need to recreate any alerts that I have previously set up?
Yes. You will need to re-create your alerts on the new Online Banking system.
